Which Format to Choose
Choose Voice when...
You need depth and nuance. Voice captures tone, hesitation, and emotion that text can't. Best for discovery research, churn interviews, and exploring complex topics.
Choose Video when...
Body language and facial reactions matter. Video adds a visual layer on top of voice. Best for concept testing, ad reactions, or when stakeholders want to "see" participants respond.
Choose WhatsApp when...
You need volume and convenience. WhatsApp reaches participants on a platform they already use, at their own pace. Best for quick pulse checks, post-interaction surveys, and mobile-first audiences.
Concurrency
There are no limits on simultaneous interviews. You can have 1 or 10,000 participants taking your interview at the same moment, across all channels. Each participant gets their own independent session with its own AI conversation context.
