Two Product Lines
Fyreside offers two product lines, each with its own credit type:
Voice Line
For browser-based voice and video interviews. Credits are measured in voice minutes — the total time spent in AI conversation.
Includes: AI study design, all 7 question types, preset voices.
WhatsApp Line
For automated chat interviews via WhatsApp. Credits are measured in question credits — one credit per question asked.
Includes: AI study design, automated reminders, consent flow.
Plan Tiers
Each product line has three plan tiers:

How Credits Are Consumed
Voice minutes
Deducted per minute of active interview conversation. Paused time is not counted. If a participant abandons an interview midway, only the used minutes are deducted.
Question credits
Deducted per question asked in a WhatsApp interview. Follow-up probes count as additional questions. If a participant stops responding, only the questions actually sent are deducted.
Top-Up Packs
Need more credits without changing your plan? Purchase add-on packs at any time:
- Small Pack — a modest top-up for occasional extra studies
- Medium Pack — good for a large study or campaign
- Large Pack — bulk credits at the best per-unit rate
Pack credits have the same indefinite rollover policy as plan credits — they never expire.
