Transcripts

Click on any session in the responses list to open the detail view. The transcript panel shows the full conversation organized by objective and question, making it easy to navigate long interviews.

Each transcript section shows:

• The objective heading
• Each question asked by the AI
• The participant's response (text or transcribed audio)
• Follow-up exchanges between AI and participant

For voice and video interviews, the detail view includes an audio player with waveform visualization. You can:

• Play the full recording or skip to specific sections
• Multi-segment playback for interviews that were paused and resumed
• See the waveform to identify pauses, emphasis, and conversation rhythm

Each session can have an AI-generated summary that captures the key points from the conversation. Summaries include:

• Main themes and takeaways from the interview
• Notable quotes and verbatims
• Overall sentiment and engagement level
• Key insights organized by research objective

Summaries are generated on-demand — click the "Generate Summary" button on any completed session to create one.

Use the review workflow to track your progress through responses:

• Unreviewed — the default state for new sessions
• Reviewed — you've read through the transcript
• Flagged — contains interesting insights worth revisiting or sharing

Update the review status from the detail view or use bulk actions from the response list to update multiple sessions at once.
