What is Fyreside Chat?
Fyreside Chat is an AI-led qualitative research platform. It transforms your research brief into a structured, AI-run interview that captures richer feedback than traditional surveys — at scale.
You describe what you want to learn, and the platform generates an interview guide complete with objectives, questions, and follow-up logic. An AI interviewer then conducts conversations with your participants via voice, video, or WhatsApp, adapting to their responses in real time.
Your First Study in 5 Minutes
Describe your research context
Enter your company domain and choose a research category (discovery, product experience, retention, or custom). This gives the AI context to generate relevant questions.
Write your research brief
Describe what you want to learn in plain language. For example: 'We want to understand why users drop off during checkout.' The more specific, the better the AI-generated questions.
Review AI-generated learning goals
The AI creates a polished research brief, objectives, and interview questions. Review and edit these — add, remove, or reorder questions and objectives as needed.
Configure your AI interviewer
Choose a voice from our library of presets (or clone your own). Pick a persona style — warm and empathetic, professional, casual, or academic. Customize the welcome message.
Test with a preview interview
Run through the interview yourself using the test link. Check the question flow, follow-up probes, and overall experience. Iterate until it feels right.
Launch and share
Publish your study and create a distribution link. Share it with participants via email, social media, or embed it in your product. Responses start flowing in immediately.

Distribution Link
A shareable URL that participants use to join your interview. You can create multiple links with different quotas and settings.
Credits
Voice minutes (for voice/video interviews) or question credits (for WhatsApp). Each plan includes a monthly allocation with indefinite rollover.
