Fyreside Chat is an AI-led qualitative research platform that enables you to create studies, conduct AI-led interviews, and generate research insights. By accessing or using Fyreside Chat at fyreside.chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Collect data from minors without verifiable parental consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm participants or other users

4. Participant Consent

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from any participants you invite to be interviewed through Fyreside Chat. This includes clearly communicating how their responses, audio, and video recordings will be collected, stored, and used.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content you create on or upload to Fyreside Chat, including study configurations, interview responses, and generated reports. By using the platform, you grant Fyreside Chat a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fyreside Chat platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Fyreside Chat and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the pricing applicable at the time of purchase. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. For billing inquiries, contact support@fyreside.chat.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Fyreside Chat available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@fyreside.chat. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fyreside Chat is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyreside Chat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fyreside Chat, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Fyreside Chat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
